With over 10 years’ experience in prime property and previously a Partner and Office Head in Kensington and Chelsea at global property consultancy, Knight Frank, Mike Sands established Fairway in 2021 primarily to provide a personalised and bespoke service to individuals and companies looking to buy or sell residential property, land and mixed-use assets.
As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and practicing as an RICS-registered Valuer, Mike can advise on many of the more technical aspects of buying, selling and owning residential property and land. He has a depth of knowledge which is rarely available in today’s marketplace.
