We specialise in finding and acquiring prime residential property, analysing the many which are on the open market and unearthing those that are not. Our role is to ensure that our clients receive in-depth and impartial advice in an environment where many properties come to the open market, but best-in-class rarely do.

With over 10 years’ experience working in Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster, searches focusing in the prime areas around Hyde Park are a natural fit, but since Fairway’s inception Mike has bought for clients as far as Islington and Wimbledon, the latter being where he is currently resident.

An RICS-registered valuer (VRS), Mike Sands consults for an independent surveying firm and specialises in providing high-quality and well-researched valuation reports for residential properties in prime central and south-west London.

As well as for secured lending (transactions), we can produce valuation reports for private clients who have needs including restructuring and recovery, portfolio assessment, matrimonial, probate and many others.
